Ancient Farmhouse, near the seaside (about 3 km far) and near the town of Capalbio, which is dated back to the Middle Ages, in the heart of the "Maremma Toscana". The charming Hotel/Village is surrounded with a three-hectare big park and it is made up of the Farmhouse with five double bedrooms and one suite, the Arcade made up of twenty bedrooms with mezzanine floor (2 till 4 beds),  eight Superior Rooms in two detached dependences built in 2007, thirty-seven independent Cottages, with 4 till 6 beds, scattered around the park.

To our guests’ disposal there is the characteristic local cooking of “Casale Nuovo” restaurant with Pizzeria and bar, two tennis/football courts, playground, swimming-pool, mountain-bike rent, playroom, convention-riding-school, reading area, green-relax and an infinite number of possible trips and excursions to the area of Argentario and of the Maremma.

Behind the farmhouse, in the shadow of a secular cork-tree, there is the square “Sughero”, the ideal zone for relaxing and reading.
Inside the village near the swimming-pool there is also a bar where you can appreciate tasty drinks and a mini-market where you can buy typical products of Tuscan Maremma, such as wines, oils and legumes from organic agriculture.
