The Garden of Tarots |
| A Capalbio can visit the beautiful Tarot Garden. The garden is actually an art park, was conceived by Franco-American Niki De Saint Phalle (1930-2002) and, with the help of her husband Jean Tinguely was carried out since 1979. The Garden is inspired partly Park Guell in Barcelona and in part to the Monster Park Bomarzo. Inside the garden are represented the 22 major arcana of the Tarot through colorful and impressive sculptures, some up to 15 meters high, covered with polychrome ceramics, mosaics of glass and fine glass, made with the help of a group of local artisans.  |
